Huayu Group founded in 1989 is a diversified cross-region cpate group. In the last around 35 years upholding the concept of commercial real estate development it has penetrated into three industry sects including real estate retailing and hospitality with properties in big-dle size cities inland and overseas including Beijing Hainan and Shanxi Hainan Australia and France. The Group has been continuously listed in TOP 500 Cpate of China with a total asset value of around RMB 12 billion and annual sales of around RMB 5 billion while offering over 25000 job opptunities. As planned by 2024 the Group will continue to invest RMB 3 billion in hospitality seni citizen care culture and retailing industriesto reach a total value of the asset of RMB 15 billion size of operational commercial properties of 1 million square meters those under construction on holding of 1 million square meters and annual sales revenue over RMB 6 billion.
